Aplodent Hot powder 2kg

Aplodent Hot acrylic material, hot polymerized, intended for making base plates of complete and partial dentures and intermediate relines of dentures.

Advantages:

• Perfect consistency of acrylic dough.
• Contains only organic pigments and does not contain cadmium.
• Minimal shrinkage.
• Fast thermal polymerization,
• Short waiting time for the cake: 10 minutes.
• Wide range of colors.

Technical data:

• Mixing proportions: 35 g powder / 14 ml liquid.
• Dough setting time: approx. 10 minutes. (at 23°C).
• Dough shelf life: approx. 25 minutes. (at 23°C).
• Breaking strength > 65* MPa.
• Solubility < 1.6* µg/mm3.
• Sorption < 32* µg/mm3.

Polymerization process:

• Place the can in 100°C water,
• Turn off the heat and leave for 15 minutes.
• Then cook for 20 minutes.

Colors;

• 0 – colorless.
• V26 – veined pink.
• V27 – veined milky pink.
• T41 – reddish pink.
